For years, the billiards enthusiast American James Parker was busy producing an affordable cue series that nevertheless met all professional requirements. He placed great emphasis on the selection of wood and the craftsmanship ! The upper sections feature a very fine grain and are classified as ‘medium-hard’ in terms of flexibility. This makes the cues suitable not only as ‘playing cues’, but also at the same time very well for ‘breaking’. The high-gloss polished stainless steel screw fitting with fine thread connects the top section absolutely perfectly to the butt section. The beautiful classic designs in precious wood and ivory look are James Parker very well done and very difficult even for professionals to distinguish from genuine elaborately inlaid marquetry.
In the grip area, only the finest linen tape is used for the Parker cues . The Parker model JP-5 is ideally suited both for price-conscious hobby players and also excellently for club-active players.
