The LEGEND GEN 10 features a classic, tapered profile – one of the most iconic shapes from Paul Lim’s Signature Series.
This shape is renowned for its excellent controllability and offers a natural, familiar feel in the hand, enabling players to quickly find their rhythm whilst ensuring a smooth and secure release.
Refined grip design
The grip design is carefully segmented to support both the rear and front grip areas, with each section offering a slightly different feel.
The rear section features vertically arranged rectangular 3D notches. These are not ordinary flat, square notches – instead, each notch rises like a truncated pyramid, creating several angled surfaces that provide a grip for the fingers.
This structure provides rich tactile feedback and a firm grip from various angles. The spacing between the individual notches was carefully calibrated by Paul Lim himself – not too close, not too far apart – to achieve exactly the right balance of feel and control.
In the centre, a precision-machined metal plate featuring Paul Lim’s laser signature serves as an elegant eye-catcher whilst also lending the transition zone a subtle, polygonal texture.
The front section features similar rectangular notches, though these are more densely spaced and arranged more horizontally. This provides a slightly smoother feel than in the rear section, whilst still offering sufficient grip for players who hold the club further forward.
Together, these rectangular notches provide reliable grip in all directions and ensure that the barrel sits securely in the hand and responds well to movements, whether you grip it at the rear or the front.
